Flexbase Forma
Forma creates a unique sitting ergonomics through a two-part seat that both moulds to the pelvis and relieves pressure on the ischial nodes. In combination with a backrest that is built up in sections, which is adapted to each user, we put together a chair with guaranteed good and long-lasting comfort. All seat adjustments can be made, without tools, using ergonomically designed levers. Electric seat functions are also available as an option.
The chassis has very low friction wheels that track the unevenness in the floor and has generous space between the wheels, allowing the user to easily kick the chair forwards whilst it is in use.

SEAT SYSTEM
Forma
A unique patented seat cushion that consists of two moulded foam sections with different hardnesses, allowing it to mould itself to the shape of the pelvis. The firm lower section provides support under the thighs, so the pressure is distributed more uniformly, and stops the user from sliding forwards in the chair. The softer top section provides comfort and relieves pressure on the ischial nodes.
A unique backrest system that is built in sections. Distance in height and depth, as well as angle, can be varied in order to provide the best possible level of comfort and maximum stability. The lower section supports the pelvis and lower back without hindering freedom of movement. The backrest can be extended with an upper section that is individually adjustable, creating optimal comfort for people with increased thoracic kyphosis.

CHASSIS
Flexbase
Flexbase has very easy-rolling wheels that follow the unevenness of the ground and has generous space between the wheels, making it easy for the user to kick the chair forwards whilst sitting in the chair. The easily accessible adjustable brake does not obstruct lateral movement. A rear wheel brake is fitted as standard, but this can easily be changed to a front wheel brake or four-wheel brake. The two-part chassis enables the chair to stands firmly, even on uneven ground.
